Biography:

Nicole specializes in transactional real estate, focusing primarily on representing buyers and sellers in the acquisition and sale of residential properties. Her work includes negotiating and drafting purchase agreements, advising clients on title and survey matters, providing escrow and closing services, and issuing title insurance.

Nicole also practices in the areas of estate planning and trust and estate administration. She offers tailored guidance to individuals and families engaged in estate planning, and represents personal representatives and trustees responsible for properly administering wills and trusts.

In addition to her transactional real estate and trusts and estates work, Nicole collaborates with the firm’s litigators on a variety of matters, including breaches of contract, commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, partition actions, construction defect claims, professional negligence issues, and appeals. Her combined experience in transactions and litigation enables her to provide clients with comprehensive and strategic counsel to achieve their objectives while mitigating risk.

Nicole is a Treasure Coast native and graduated from Martin County High School. She received a B.S. in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and was awarded a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, where she received the Book Award for outstanding academic achievement in the study of Bioethics.
