Biography:
Avery handles a variety of general civil and commercial litigation matters, including business and construction disputes and real property litigation. Avery earned his Juris Doctorate in 2024 from the University of Miami, where he was a member of the First-Generation Lawyers Association before deciding to begin his legal career in his hometown of Stuart, Florida.
Avery grew up in Stuart and graduated from Jensen Beach High School. Avery earned his Bachelors in Public Policy from the University of Redlands in 2020 where he was a member of the men’s tennis team. Avery is passionate about advocating for and protecting the Indian River Lagoon, and he enjoys playing tennis, boating, and fishing.
