Jim Menendez elected president of Palm Beach chapter of ALA

Jim Menendez, legal administrator at Crary Buchanan, has been elected president of the Palm Beach chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA). He took office April 1.
“I will work to find ways that members can use ALA to enhance their performance,” said Menendez, who manages an office of more than 30 people. “I want to make the chapter more valuable with speakers and programming that help members be better leaders and communicators.”
The Palm Beach chapter serves administrators of law firms from Palm Beach County through Indian River County. Menendez has been an ALA member for more than 20 years.
“I cannot imagine doing my job without ALA,” he said. “I can call or e-mail members when I have a question about anything, from running operations to choosing vendors.”
