Crary Buchanan attorneys support fundraiser to bring Vietnam Traveling Wall

Fun Shoot to raise funds to bring the Vietnam Traveling Wall to Martin County.

STUART — Jennifer Williamson, a corporate business and real estate attorney at Crary Buchanan, helped organize the first annual Sporting Clays Fun Shoot at the South Florida Shooting Club in Palm City on March 10. This event was sponsored by the Vietnam Veterans Association Chapter 1041 as a fundraiser to bring the Vietnam Traveling Wall to Halpatiokee Park in Martin County in October 2012. More than 100 shooters, including attorneys Mike Crary and Scott Turnbull of Crary Buchanan, participated, raising more than $21,000.

The Vietnam Traveling Wall is a three-fifths scale of the Vietnam Memorial in Washington, D.C. The Traveling Wall spans nearly 300 feet from end to end.

“We are proud of our Vietnam Veterans and pleased to support their very worthy cause,” said Williamson. “We invite the community to visit the Vietnam Traveling Wall when it arrives in October.”
