Robert J. Elder III
practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, collections,
bankruptcy, construction lien law, creditors’ rights, corporate
dissolutions, breach of contract, fraud, civil theft, foreclosures and
real property disputes. Rob also handles matters before the Florida
Department of Revenue and the Internal Revenue Service in connection
with disputes over sales and use taxes and federal income taxes. Rob
was previously employed with a U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee and has
experience representing both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy matters
and adversarial proceedings before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
Rob earned a B.S.
in Accounting and Finance in 1992 from Florida State University and has
fulfilled the requirements to sit for the C.P.A. exam in Florida. Rob
was awarded a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law
Center, in 1996.
