George F. (“Bud”)
Bovie III
is a senior member
of the firm. He practices in the areas of litigation and labor and
employment law. His practice includes full charge litigation work for
clients, civil trial work, negotiations, commercial litigation and
employment law litigation. His practice includes both plaintiff and
defense work in each practice area. Bud presently represents seven area
employers on employment law issues, including two health care employers.
Bud earned his B.S.,
in 1971 from the University of Tennessee. He participated in Graduate
Accounting Courses while employed at Labor Management Service
Administration in 1972. He was awarded a J.D., in 1975, from the
University of Florida, where he was the Executive Editor of the
University of Florida Law Review.
Bud is board
certified by the Florida Bar in the area of Labor and Employment Law and
“AV” rated by Martindale Hubbell.
