Biography:
Karen Dobbins practices in the areas of residential and commercial real estate law, and condominium and homeowner’s association law. Karen earned her B.A. in English in 1990 from the University of Florida and her J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in 1993. Before joining the firm, Karen worked with Bahamian counsel to provide legal representation and closing services to U.S. developers selling property in The Bahamas. Acting as liaison between the buyers, the developers and Bahamian counsel, Karen collected the due diligence documents necessary to apply for government approval of purchases and handled general buyer inquiries. As part of her current practice, Karen provides pro bono legal assistance to Indiantown Nonprofit Housing, Incorporated.Professional Affiliations
