9/11 blood drive sets record

Sep 13, 2010

The Crary Buchanan blood drive to “Save 911 lives on 9/11″ set a record for blood collections in Martin County. The effort, sponsored by the law firm, Seacoast National Bank, Martin Memorial Foundation and Florida’s Blood Centers, attracted hundreds of people to the Crary Buchanan office on Sept. 10 and Sept. 11. The weekend-long drive, which concluded Sunday at local churches, also attracted coverage from TV stations WPTV and WPBF. Also coming to the scene were fire-rescue staff from Stuart and Seacoast president Denny Hudson, who appears in one photo with firm partners Rick and Mike Crary.
